  5. Trans Lifeline: Trans Lifeline’s Hotline is a peer support phone service run by trans people for our trans and questioning peers - 1-877-330-6366 or https://translifeline.org/.

  6. Anova crisis and support line: Call the 24-Hour Crisis & Support Line 519-642-3000 or 1-800-265-1576 or https://www.anovafuture.org/contact/.

  7. Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Ontario: Provides mental health resources and support services, including crisis support and advocacy. Call 1-800-268-7096 or https://cmha.ca/.

  8. Mood Disorders Association of Ontario: They offer free support programs to people across Ontario, and their families, who are living with depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder. Support line - 1-888-486-8236 or https://mooddisorders.ca/about.
